All the contaminants that are emitted to the atmosphere from the transport activity have a severe impact on the environment. For this reason it becomes essential to identify and quantify them in order to evaluate the effects that will be produced from all the actions proposed and conducted.
CINESI has experience in calculating emissions and evaluating environmental indicators, adapted to the transport network involved (urban or interurban roads) and the environmental objectives considered. All this allows the comparison between the current modal share in emissions and the ones forecasted for future scenarios analysed.
AMIMOB 2.0 software is used in the evaluation of the measures proposed in the Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans (SUMP). With this program, it is possible to check the contribution of the specific reduction measures proposed in the Director Mobility Plans (DMP), as well as the variations of the emissions of each contaminant.
