The following people may use this channel:

• Employees and shareholders.
• The self-employed.
• Any person who works for or under the supervision and direction of contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Those who communicate information about offenses obtained within the framework of an employment or statutory relationship that has already ended.
• Volunteers, interns and workers in training periods.
• Those people whose employment relationship has not begun in cases where information about offenses has been obtained during the selection process.
